Client Responsibilities

Delays in client communication or content submission may impact project timelines.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments for completed digital services are non-refundable
• Deposits/initial setup fees are non-refundable
• Refund eligibility is determined solely at BuildaroApp's discretion unless contractually guaranteed

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive ownership/license rights to final approved deliverables as agreed
• BuildaroApp retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Any third-party assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.

Google My Business / Third-Party Platforms

BuildaroApp may assist with setup, optimization, or verification of third-party platforms such as Google My Business. However:

• Approval/verification timelines are controlled by the third-party platform
• BuildaroApp does not guarantee approval, ranking, or platform acceptance
• Delays or denials by third parties are outside BuildaroApp's control

SMS / Electronic Communications
